How our home insurance puts you in control

Aviva Home insurance is self-service and online-only, putting you in charge of your home insurance. Make changes to your cover, renew your policy or check your documents. You do it all yourself, exactly when it suits you. To make it simple, you’ll find everything in one place – MyAviva, your online portal. And because you manage your own policy, there are no admin fees for changes that you make online, except if you cancel.

Aviva Home insurance is online-only with no call centre support, unless you need to make a claim.

New for old

We'll replace damaged items with new ones. Or pay for them to be restored, repaired or replaced (excludes any damage due to wear and tear or electrical or mechanical breakdowns)

Your home's covered

We offer three levels of insurance for your home, Aviva, Gold and Platinum, all of which can combine buildings insurance and contents insurance. You can also take out buildings insurance on its own.

How to manage your policy online

MyAviva, your online portal, is the control centre for your Aviva Online or Aviva Premium policy. It’s where you’ll find all the details and documents for your policy, so you’ll always know where everything is. It’s also where you’ll make changes to your personal information or your policy. You can do this at any time through your laptop, tablet or mobile.
