Aviva Online and Aviva Premium are self-service and online-only, putting you in charge of your home insurance. Make changes to your cover, renew your policy or check your documents. You do it all yourself, exactly when it suits you. To make it simple, you’ll find everything in one place – MyAviva, your online portal. And because you manage your own policy, there are no admin fees for changes that you make online, except if you cancel.
Aviva Online and Aviva Premium are online-only with no call centre support, unless you need to make a claim.
We offer two levels of insurance for your home, Aviva Online and Aviva Premium, both of which can combine buildings insurance and contents insurance. You can also take out buildings insurance on its own.
